LaDanian Tomlinson IS NOT a team player & NEVER has been!!! Put a lid on it L.T. and just play football!!!

I know L.T. is a legend in San Diego. He got that “title” because he was an outstanding runner. Oh, yes, he did his charitable things in the community, as most Pro’s are expected to do. I liked that about the man, but that’s about it. I don’t know how many times, when removed from the game either by injury or team strategy, L.T. would usually find the end of the bench and sulk..Not once did I see him standing with his teammates, urging them on….pep talking…..being the leader he was praised to be by a blinded, biased Media…When Tomlinson left San Diego he “trashed” the organization and bad mouthed some of his pals. Now, in New York, Tomlinson can’t keep his mouth shut about the Jets and the way they run their organization. It’s O.K. to let your feelings be known, but do it behind closed doors—look the problem makers in the face, not be two-faced and do it behind their backs. Be grateful, L.T., that you have a job that pays you millions, while so many are out of work looking up to people like you to be leaders and trendsetters, not bulls…ters!!! That’s my opinion, what’s yours?

Hey, All You Young Athletes Out There—Why Not Stay Home For College And Help The Local Universities???

I have lived all over the United States, and have seen high school football in Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Oregon and Montana.  San Diego County High School’s can “play ball” with any team from any of those football rich states.  We have olympic calibre swimmers and divers, basketball programs that produce major college material.  We have a lot to be proud of here, and i want to hear from you.  The big question “circling” the prep sports scene is “why can’t we keep our athletes home to play at SDSU, USD, even UCSD?  Let me hear from you.  It”s time to keep our kids “home,” rather than stocking college rosters from L.A. to Arizona and all points beyond.

Isn’t it about time KFMB-TV (ch. 8) woke up and dumped Kyle Kraska?

•January 19, 2012 • 2 Comments

I can’t remember if I “ever” spoke out like this before, but I am damn tired of witnessing the free-loading of Kraska every time he “shows his face” on the evening News. Okay, tell me I don’t have to watch Him…don’t watch Their news…But, I like to channel surf and see what the Media is up to…and, honestly, each time I try to watch him I get “gas.” I can’t remember the last time I saw Kraska “out in the neighborhoods of San Diego” getting his hands dirty doing something, anything, with the “locals.” He pretends to be what he is not—a “local” sportscaster in a “big small town.” Kraska’s “backup,” John Howard belongs in that evening news sports anchor seat. Kraska is a fraud and the locals should be up in arms that he has survived this long…Does he have some “photos” of the boss? What’s goin’ on over at KFMB? IF their management doesn’t care about local sports–then, give the extra time to news or weather or Larry Himmel. At least Larry is out “in the community!!!” Kraska probably doesn’t even know how to get to most of our High School’s or playgrounds. In a time when ad revenues, and the like, are “down” because of the crippled economy–and employees are being laid off or terminated–KFMB should take KRASKA’S salary and donate it to the homeless—then, Kraska could honestly say he is doing SOMETHING “in and for the community…”
